"iAM Smart" mobile app provides the one-stop personalised digital services platform, which enables users to log in and use online services by their personal mobile phone in a smart and convenient way.

"iAM Smart" users could conduct authentication, digital signing and "e-ME" form-filling functions via "iAM Smart" mobile app or website services so that users could easily log in and use the "iAM Smart" enabled online services. Furthermore, "iAM Smart" users could set up personalised notifications services for receiving government service updates with "iAM Smart" mobile app.

All Hong Kong residents with Hong Kong Identity Card (HKIC) and aged 11 or over are eligible to register for "iAM Smart". For residents aged between 11 and 17, registration has to be performed with the consent of a parent or guardian.

(Remark: If residents register through "iAM Smart" Mobile App or self-registration kiosk, the consenting parents / guardians must be "iAM Smart" Users.)

  • Residents can download and install "iAM Smart" mobile app and process the online registration remotely.
  • To use digital signing, residents can visit the self-registration kiosks or registration service counters in various districts for "iAM Smart+" registration. The government will also arrange mobile registration teams to venues with high patronage, such as shopping malls and government premises, to assist those in need (such as the elderly) to register.
